Job Description
Leading nationwide distributor of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment is seeking to recruit a Technical Sales/Support Engineer to report to their Industrial and Electronics Product Manager.
The ideal candidate will support a range of industrial refrigeration, heavy commercial and electronic products and is ideally based in the North (M16) or Birmingham. Ideally you have a good practical and theoretical knowledge of industrial and heavy commercial refrigeration systems and controls, using Ammonia and HFC's, and if possible, CO2.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
To size and select regulating valves, control valves, hand valves, pressure relief valves and electronic controls. To provide technical and engineering assistance to customers on our range of industrial, heavy commercial products and electronic controls.
To issue sales quotations and progress quotations in order to secure the sales order.
To liaise with our purchasing and warehouse department to ensure the fulfillment of sales orders.
To assist in the evaluation and introduction of new I&CH and Electronic controls.
To assist our internal and external sales staff with technical enquiries.
To provide assistance to the Warranty department as required.
Excellent communication skills
Extensive training on the client's products will be provided.
