Job Description
Market-leading Refrigeration and Process Cooling solutions provider is urgently seeking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to further grow and develop the Commercial Refrigeration products business within the designated territory.
Key responsibilities:
Establish and maintain contact with new and existing customers.
Maintain close contact with the business market and promote new business growth as well as gathering and reporting market data.
Identify and exploit new business opportunities.
Ensure quotations are submitted and followed up in a timely and professional manner.
Make sure customer requirements are correctly interpreted, contract terms and conditions are fully understood and properly negotiated.
Conduct sales negotiations within specified limits of authority.
Establish reasons for non-conversion.
Maintain customer contact throughout contract execution, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Submit regular and comprehensive sales and marketing reports.
Assist, as and when required, in the resolution of queries relating to debts and with cash collection
Key requirements:
Previous sales experience, preferably within the Commercial Refrigeration or Air Conditioning industries.
Proven track record.
Computer literate.
Commercial acumen.
Pro-active with good interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
