Job Description

Market-leading Refrigeration and Process Cooling solutions provider is urgently seeking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to further grow and develop the Commercial Refrigeration products business within the designated territory.

Key responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain contact with new and existing customers.
  • Maintain close contact with the business market and promote new business growth as well as gathering and reporting market data.
  • Identify and exploit new business opportunities.
  • Ensure quotations are submitted and followed up in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make sure customer requirements are correctly interpreted, contract terms and conditions are fully understood and properly negotiated.
  • Conduct sales negotiations within specified limits of authority.
  • Establish reasons for non-conversion.
  • Maintain customer contact throughout contract execution, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Submit regular and comprehensive sales and marketing reports.
  • Assist, as and when required, in the resolution of queries relating to debts and with cash collection
Key requirements:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably within the Commercial Refrigeration or Air Conditioning industries.
  • Proven track record.
  • Computer literate.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Pro-active with good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
