Job Description
Market-leading Refrigeration and Process Cooling solutions provider is urgently seeking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to further grow and develop the Commercial Refrigeration products business within the designated territory.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain contact with new and existing customers.
- Maintain close contact with the business market and promote new business growth as well as gathering and reporting market data.
- Identify and exploit new business opportunities.
- Ensure quotations are submitted and followed up in a timely and professional manner.
- Make sure customer requirements are correctly interpreted, contract terms and conditions are fully understood and properly negotiated.
- Conduct sales negotiations within specified limits of authority.
- Establish reasons for non-conversion.
- Maintain customer contact throughout contract execution, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Submit regular and comprehensive sales and marketing reports.
- Assist, as and when required, in the resolution of queries relating to debts and with cash collection
Key requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably within the Commercial Refrigeration or Air Conditioning industries.
- Proven track record.
- Computer literate.
- Commercial acumen.
- Pro-active with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
