Their head office near Newcastle is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their support team to provide a high quality, professional and responsive line support service, ensuring that high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- diagnostic resolution of air handling unit and ventilation issues
- logging issues via a ticketing system and seeking resolutions
- Keeping abreast of new products as released by the company
- Assisting where necessary with product testing and evaluation
As a prime candidate for this role you will demonstrate and have proven experience in:
- Technical communication
- Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning principles and systems
- AHU and ventilation systems – essential
