Job Description
Our client is a renowned distributor of climatic performance chemicals selling a range of products as well as offering technical advice on their high quality range.
Due to growth in their business, they are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated Area Sales Manager, reporting to the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily contact with customers via telephone, email and visits to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Providing customer pricing and quotations.
- Following up, progressing and securing orders from an existing customer base.
- Site visits and site surveys.
- Lead generation and investigation of new business opportunities / securing orders from new customers.
- Promotion of existing and new products / services.
- Attendance at trade shows and exhibitions.
- Providing customers with technical support on product and application queries.
- Maintenance of own accounts, activities and opportunities through CRM system
Key Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration / refrigerants
- 2+ Years sales experience.
- an excellent relationship builder.
- Full UK Driving licence.
The role will be home based, Monday - Friday. Travel and overnight stays are required.
