Our Client is a leading manufacturer & supplier of domestic and commercial extract fans, positive input ventilation systems & heat recovery units.
Their Social Housing Division has established itself as the number 1 solution provider and condensation & mould experts to Social Housing landlords throughout the UK.
Due to the Company's ambitious growth plans, they are looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager within the Social Housing Team covering the Manchester, Lancashire and North West area.
- Achieving targets by presenting the company's product range to Social Housing clients and progressing projects through the supply chain.
- Working with the internal team to ensure profitable sales.
- Managing and developing existing accounts.
- Actively generating leads and winning new business.
- Delivering product presentations and CPDs.
- Management of administration through company CRM.
- Ability to influence people to win contracts and product sales.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- IT literate.
- Target driven.
- Self motivated.
- Hungry to succeed.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
The Client is looking for someone with Account Management experience. Social Housing experience is desirable but not a requirement. Knowledge of the ventilation industry would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
This role requires the flexibility to regularly travel across the regional area.
