Our Client is an established privately owned company offering HVAC & Building Services solutions.

They are currently looking to recruit a HVAC / Mechanical-biased Building Services Project Engineer.

The projects cover a wide range of building services and sectors for new build and refurbishments, generally for contract values between £50k and £1m.

Key responsibilities:

• ​Handover from Estimating Department to Projects Department.

• Submittals, technical data and drawings for Client approvals.

• Project planning and programming.

• RAMS and project Health & Safety submittals.

• Sub-contractor and direct labour supervision.

• Commercial and contractual management.

• Commissioning, handover and defect rectification.
