Job Description

This UK based company is the largest distributor of refrigeration and air conditioning products within the British Isles. Through their extensive network of branches they supply an extensive range of equipment, components, spares and accessories to professional contractors by an efficient logistical structure second to none.
 
Their Southern team are currently seeking a Sales Engineer to work within a prescribed territory with the following responsibilities:

  • visiting customer and managing the relationships and sales to a number of allocated accounts

 

  • presenting product ranges and services available
  • handling inquiries for the supply of equipment and related items for refrigeration & air conditioning applications
  • managing the sales and margins against prescribed targets
  • visiting new customers to investigate new opportunities

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will need to have ALL of the following to be eligible to apply for this role: 

  • at least 2 years proven experience selling Refrigeration and Air Conditioning products in an external field sales environment
  • good computer skills
  • strong numerical skills
  • a great communicator at all levels with excellent customer service abilities and an outgoing personality
  • strong negotiating skills
  • Full Driving License – a MUST
